About

Lung Secret is an independent, reader-supported website with lung health guides, free tools and reviews of lung support supplements and home breathing devices. It is run by Gadget Armor Ltd, a company based in Essex, UK, and written for readers worldwide.

Why this site exists

I started Lung Secret to help people who smoke, have quit smoking, or live and work around dust, fumes and polluted air find clear information about lung health. My aim is to make research easier to understand and help readers separate practical advice from exaggerated product claims.

Search for “lung health” and much of what you find is a sales page: detox promises, before-and-after claims and studies you can’t check. We want to be the opposite. We explain what the evidence does and doesn’t show, and we say so plainly when a product’s claims go further than the research.

Who writes here

Lung Secret is written and edited by B Mishra. B Mishra holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with studies in Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. The author is not a doctor, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

We do not currently have a medical reviewer. When a qualified reviewer checks a page, the byline will say so and name them. Until then, no page claims medical review.

How the site makes money

Lung Secret earns money through affiliate links. If you buy a product after clicking a link on this site, we may earn a commission from the seller or affiliate network, at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Commissions never decide what we say about a product. You can read the details in our Affiliate Disclosure.

Our standards

  • We never say or imply that a supplement treats, cures or prevents any disease.
  • We cite real sources, mainly US health agencies, medical research databases and major health charities, and we link to them so you can check.
  • We only say we tested a product if we actually did. Otherwise reviews are based on the label, published research and user feedback.
  • We include safety and interaction information, and we tell you when to talk to a doctor.
  • We correct mistakes when readers point them out.
